Welcome to Island Deliveries and congratulations on your upcoming Hatteras vacation! We are excited that you have chosen to spend your vacation discovering the Outer Banks.
Of all of the relaxing and fun activities that Hatteras offers its visitors on vacation, grocery shopping is certainly not one of them. Anyone who has ever visited the island before can attest to the the unfortunate rite of passage of spending their first day of vacation at the grocery store. Lines are wrapped around the aisles teeming with overflowing carts inching ahead slowly towards checkout, moods are somewhat grim after spending hours in traffic just hopeful for a bit of beach time before the sun sets, items are often absent as the shelves are quickly depleted of all of the necessary provisions for a week at the beach.
Well, no longer do you have to experience this dreaded chore! Let Island Deliveries provide you with a convenient grocery delivery service upon the day of your arrival. Browse our online grocery store, place your order at least seven days prior to your arrival date, and leave the rest to us!
Some General Info:
- Please ensure that all orders are placed at least one week prior to your arrival date. Any orders placed less than a week in advance will be charged a fee of $50.00.
- All grocery orders must have a minimum value of $100.00. All orders will be charged a minimum $30.00 delivery fee for orders up to $200.00 and a 15% fee for any orders exceeding $200.00.
- Island Deliveries operates March 1st through November 15th.
- Island Deliveries serves Hatteras Village, Frisco, Buxton, Avon, Rodanthe, Salvo, & Waves.
- We purchase only name brand products and the freshest produce & meats. All of our deli meats & cheeses are sliced to order on premise.
- All perishables are purchased within 24 hours to ensure freshness.
- For simplicity’s sake we realize that we are limited as to what we offer, but we make every attempt to shop to your wishes. Please let us know if there is something we can add to our virtual store or notify us of any special requests that you may have.
- Island Deliveries cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock. A comparable name brand item will be substituted in the event that an item is out of stock.
- We apologize for any inconvenience, but Island Deliveries cannot purchase any alcohol or tobacco products.
- You may purchase your groceries online through Pay Pal using any major credit card or online check.
- All items are non-returnable.

Surf lessons available through experienced local surfers eager to introduce you to one of Hatteras Island’s most prolific and sure-to-be remembered activities.
Boxed Lunches
Gourmet boxed lunches are now here for pick-up or delivery through Martha Jane’s Kitchen & Market in Hatteras Village. Just put in your lunch order online at least 24 hours before you want to eat, and we’ll have a delicious feast ready for your beach outing, office luncheon, fishing charter, whatever your lunch needs may be! No fuss, no mess, no lines….now that’s vacation!
